that anyone reading the document can instantly open the attached file. Fortunately, Microsoft Word includes a built-in tool that makes this process quick and simple.

In Microsoft Word, look for the Search bar at the top.

Type “Object” into the search bar and wait for the results to appear.

Once you click on Object, a small window or menu will appear.

Choose Insert Object from the list of available actions.

In the “Object” dialog box, click the tab labeled Create from File.

Next, click on the Browse button.

A new window will open, allowing you to look through your computer’s folders and files.

Find the file you wish to insert for example, a PDF, Excel spreadsheet, or image.
Select it and then click Insert.

Now that your file path appears in the “Create from File” box, click OK.
