If you no longer wish to use Temu, you can permanently delete your account directly from the mobile app. Follow these simple steps to ensure your account is fully removed.
Open the Temu app on your mobile device.
Tap the profile icon at the bottom of the screen.
Click the settings icon at the top right corner.
Select “Account Security” from the menu.
Tap “Delete Your Temu Account.”
Check the box that says “I want to permanently delete my Temu account.”
Click “Continue.”
Choose a reason for deleting your account and click “Continue.”
Select “Use Email Verification Code” to verify your identity.
Enter the verification code sent to your email. Temu will then process your account deletion request.
Deleting your Temu account is quick and straightforward if you follow these steps carefully. Always make sure you have backed up any important data before completing the deletion process.
