TikTok can consume a lot of battery and data when running in the background. Disabling background activity helps save battery life and improve your phone’s performance.
Find the TikTok icon and Press and hold the TikTok icon
Tap App Info from the menu that appears.
Select Battery Usage
Find the option Allow background activity and toggle it off.
