Start by unlocking your phone and launching the TikTok app.

Make sure you are logged in to your account.

This will open the main menu where you can find account and settings options.

In the menu, scroll down and click on Settings and Privacy.

Next, tap on Activity Center.

In the Activity Center, locate and click on Screen Time.

This is where you can view your current usage and set limits.

Tap on Set Daily Screen Time, then turn on Set the Same Limit Every Day.
